United States oil interests want war in places like Venezuela so they can control the resource that is destroying our planet. Enough is enough.
The acts of the Trump administration in Venezuela do not keep us safe.
Join us on January 17th at 3pm in Concord to raise our voices in opposition to war.
We demand that Senators Shaheen and Hassan and Representatives Pappas and Goodlander reclaim their constitutional duty to decide when the United States engages in acts of war. We want a government that leads with humanitarian principles to ensure the well-being of all people. A proposed 1.5 trillion dollar defense budget does not make us safe. We will not be fooled by this administration’s rhetoric, which echos the audacity that took us into the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. We urge Congress to step up and stop this.
